Commission Info

Here is the general info on commissions.

1. Jobs should be no bigger than 20 25/28mm scale figures. This makes it fairer for other customers. Although I am fairly flexible on this.

2. I should actually want to paint them. So check first, there are some figures that even a good paint job won't help.

3. I may need information on uniform details. So make sure you can provide details or point me towards online info or books.

4. Sending figures : If overseas remember customs charge import duty on items over £18 (goods) or £36 (gifts). Any customs dues will be added to the bill.

5. I'm not very cheap, so if you're after an economical paint job please try elsewhere.

6. The more info you can give the better. The more I know about you're requirements the better.

7. I always send painted figures by recorded insured delivery, which will be added to the bill.

8. Estimated completion times are estimates, sometimes they may take a bit longer.

9. Prices are quoted per job and are not guaranteed for future jobs.

10. Jobs are only considered booked when I receive the figures, so the sooner I receive the figures the better.

11. I require 50% payment before I start the job, the remaining 50% plus the shipping costs at completion.
